No. Most of our clients are small and mid-sized businesses with somewhere between two and fifty staff, and no full-time IT person. That is exactly the gap we exist to fill — you get senior-level advice for the hours you actually need it, rather than a salary.
Because most infrastructure work — firewall changes, network cutovers, server migrations, backup rebuilds — takes systems offline. Doing it between 5:30pm and 10:00pm or on a weekend means your staff never lose a working day. It is a deliberate delivery model, not a limitation.
No, and that is deliberate. We recommend, select and configure — we take no margin on the products we suggest. When we tell you a particular firewall or phone provider is the right fit, there is no commission behind the advice.
The Simple Website Package starts at $440 inc GST for year one, which covers design, the domain name, SSL, a year of hosting, listing with Google, Bing and AI search engines, live Google reviews on the page, info@yourbusiness email forwarding and up to 5 changes. After that it is from $220 inc GST per year, which includes domain, hosting and 5 changes annually. That is the starting price for a standard one-page site — larger builds, online stores and booking systems are quoted on complexity.
Remote work is $37.50 ex GST per 15-minute block. Onsite is $180.00 ex GST for the first hour, then in 15-minute increments, with a $50.00 call-out fee that is waived for two or more continuous hours onsite.
